Credits are required to publish campaigns and provide flexibility in managing your publishing needs.
How Credits Work
Credits usage
Each campaign you publish, regardless of style, costs 1 credit. You can edit your campaign anytime without spending additional credits. You can freely create a campaign and customize the experience; credits are deducted only upon publishing the campaign.
Non-Refundable
Once a credit is used to publish a campaign, it cannot be refunded.
Free Credits for New Accounts
New accounts may receive few free credits to explore the platform and publish their first campaigns.
Types of Credit Plans
After using the free credits, you can choose between two types of plans to purchase additional credits:
Subscription Plan
- Provides a fixed number of credits each month.
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
- The subscription renews automatically every month unless canceled.
- You can cancel anytime; the plan will remain active for the month you’ve already paid for.
- In case, your monthly credits get over, purchase additional credits as per usage.

Standalone Purchase
- Purchase credits anytime, without any recurring commitments.
- These credits can be used anytime and expire in 1 year.
Managing Credits and Billing
- Keep track of your subscription status, remaining credits, and purchase history on the Billing page.
- Download invoices for your records or financial reporting directly from the Billing page.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards. debit cards, Cash App & Link. If you have issues with payment, try using a different method or contact our support team.

If your payment fails:

What happens if my subscription payment fails?
If your payment fails, you will receive a notification and another attempt will be made. If payment is not processed, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.
